Not installed yet but ordered select bathroom suite on Thursday and arrived by Tuesday morning. Unboxed and everything accounted for and intact. Looking forward to it getting fitted. Was sceptical about ordering due to other reviews but has not been a problem. Thanks!

Good online process. Good pick up process and assistance with heavy item which was appreciated. An email updating items were ready for pick up would have been useful but not a major issue as a telephone call confirmed items were ready. Good price for items.

The price was what attracted me in the first place but the loo pan was broken when received and the vanity unit was damaged - not necessarily WD's fault as could have been Tuffnells. The other problem with Tuffnells was that there was no delivery info - could be delivered at anytime over three days - no updates, AM / PM - nothing.Contacted Customer Service on help@ but told it needed to be customerservices@ and was told replacement would be sent for both. Had to pop out briefly and only vanity unit was delivered (left), damaged again and no loo pan. Contacted/chased etc to be told new pan being sent. Next person no it is not, we are checking with the courier. Phoned (had to wait a looooong time) to be told that no they couldn't deal with it had to be by email.Will anyone reply to email - not yet. It might not be a fault of WD but of Tuffnells - but I would love someone to talk or email to give me some sort of update!If they have given up then let me know!! Reply to customer service emails! I feel sorry for the customer service department.If you want the company directors addresses look at companies house website.

Did not come with ANY instructions. Very difficult to put up and awkward. Terrible quality of wall plugs and screws. Doesnt feel very secure on the wall. Not happy.

Wholesale Domestic offer some great products at highly competitive prices, but their website needs a lot of work! I was so infuriated as the online shopping basket kept emptying and I had to start again. The website does not automatically suggest things you might need, eg waste and taps for bath. If it does, it does not give cheapest items. If, like me, you use your phone to search the website, you cannot scroll down to all search suggestions. The search does not return all products that should be listed under the search term, eg 'Napoli' will not give the full range of products with that name.There was no next day delivery available, or even 48 hour delivery, even though I live less than 20 miles from the store. That was okay as I drove there. At the store itself, it was nice that they offered to bring the items to my car, but the guys bringing it on a trolley did not help lift it into the car. They stood, keeping dry, under their golf umbrellas instead, watching as I struggled to get a heavy vanity unit into the boot of my car. Fair enough. The staff who deal with orders are helpful as they check the order and offer you a replacement if it's not in stock, and give you the replacement at the same price, even if more expensive. If WD could sort out their website issues, I'd award them 5 stars as I like their range and the prices are reasonable. I'll be back!
